• Excellent level of Spanish and English. We also value German, French, Polish, and Dutch.
• Valued training (but not essential): studies related to tourist animation or teaching
• Proficiency in office tools such as Excel, Word, or PowerPoint.
• Availability for at least 6 months from your start date

As a miniclub manager at Acttiv, you will be responsible for:
• Implementing the miniclub activity program: crafts, scavenger hunts, pool activities, balloon twisting…
• Reporting everything regarding miniclub activities to Acttiv
• Organizing the schedules of the children's entertainers and keeping the miniclub in order
• Staying aware of the needs of your team of entertainers
• Attending and receiving training provided by the company
• Training and evaluating your team
• Obtaining positive feedback to improve the establishment's online reputation
That said, although your position will be a management role, don't think it will all be paperwork. Get ready to dance at the mini-disco, face paint, and perform during shows. Additionally, you will interact with guests from all over the world, both children and parents, to whom you will explain the day's activities and convey the confidence that their children are in good hands.
To achieve all this, you will have the support at all times of the animation manager and the area coordinator, who will guide and advise you so that activities always meet the quality standards of both the hotel and Acttiv.
