The role

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join a technological project within the banking sector.

We are looking for a profile with high autonomy and technical responsibility, capable of designing Data Lake solutions on Databricks, participating in technical decisions, and leading best practices, as well as collaborating with Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams.

What you'll do

Design and define Data Lake solutions on Databricks.
Participate in technical decisions and the definition of best practices.
Provide technical support and perform reviews for the team.
Resolve complex problems related to performance, quality, and data integration.
Coordinate with Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
Manage collaboration with multiple stakeholders in international environments.
Technically lead Data Engineering initiatives.
