The role

We are looking for a User Support Technician to join an IT support team in Seville, providing user assistance and technical support both remotely and on-site.

The selected person will participate in incident resolution, equipment installation and replacement, and inventory and warehouse management.

What you'll do

Support for user incidents and requests.
On-site and remote assistance in Windows 11, macOS, and Linux environments.
Repair and replacement of hardware equipment.
Installation and configuration of equipment using predefined images.
Inventory management and control.
Management of the equipment and IT materials warehouse.
Act as remote hands for other service groups, such as communications and systems.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday: 08:00–13:30 and 15:00–18:00.
Friday: 08:00–15:00.
