HR Administrator

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel administration, HR, or payroll.

- Experience in payroll management.

- Advanced level of Excel. A practical test on pivot tables will be conducted.

- Experience working in high-volume management environments.

- Training related to Administration, HR, Labor Relations, or similar; equivalent professional experience will also be valued.

- Organized, proactive, and agile person, with the ability to manage different priorities.

- Good communication skills and employee orientation.

- Residence in Martorell or surrounding areas.

- Own vehicle.

We are looking to hire an HR Administration Technician directly for the client

We are looking for an organized, proactive person with the ability to work in dynamic environments and with a high volume of work.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Administrative management related to the employee lifecycle.

- Management and monitoring of payroll, advances, sick leave (IT), and workplace accidents.

- Time tracking and incident monitoring.

- Management and review of invoicing.

- Preparation of reports and documentation.

- Handling and resolution of employee inquiries.

- Analysis and management of information using Excel, including pivot tables.

- Coordination with different stakeholders to ensure correct service management.
