Do you have administrative experience and are you interested in participating in a management systems update and implementation project?

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join a company specialized in the design and manufacture of structures for large LED screens used in sports facilities, events, and large spaces.

What you'll do

Functions:

- Migrate the company's documentation and accounting to the ContaSOL and FactuSOL programs.

- Bring up to date and update the information on both platforms.

- Train and explain the operation of the implemented programs to the company's employees.

How you'll work

- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 h to 17:00 h

- Friday: 08:00 h to 14:00 h

16.54 € gross/hour
