What we're looking for

University or technical degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

At Temporal Quality, we are selecting a Billing Clerk to join a company in the maritime and logistics sector located in the Port of Barcelona

We are looking for a responsible person, eager to learn and grow professionally.

You will be part of our administrative team, playing a fundamental role in the efficient and accurate management of invoices. You will be responsible for recording, processing, and maintaining accurate records of all invoice-related transactions, ensuring that deadlines are met and that clear communication is maintained with internal departments and external suppliers.

What you'll do

Record and process incoming supplier invoices in the company's accounting system.
Verify the accuracy of invoice information, including prices, products or services purchased, and payment terms.
Coordinate with internal departments to obtain proper approval of invoices before their p
Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and ensure the integrity of the database.
Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve discrepancies or issues related to invoices.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and in performing account reconciliations as necessary.
Comply with the procedures and policies established by the company regarding accounting and invoice management.
Follow-up on emails and pending invoices.
Management of suppliers.
