About the role

We need to bring on board an HR Technician to work at our Adecco offices in Hospitalet and be in contact with our clients.

Your responsibility will be to ensure the service in the management of workers assigned to clients, based on the established quality parameters and objectives.

What you'll do

Functions:

-Most of your duties would involve carrying out hiring processes and following up on contract renewals, with direct contact with employees.

-You will provide support in covering all the recruitment processes for the profiles our clients need; from sourcing, individual interviews, group dynamics, and selection.

-You will be able to detect areas for improvement in services and procedures, with autonomy to implement initiatives.
