What we're looking for

. Minimum B2 level of English, with sufficient capacity to assist international customers.

Valid B driving license.

Customer orientation and the ability to communicate in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.

Ability to perform administrative tasks with attention and precision.

Availability to work five days per week, eight hours each day in rotating shifts from Monday to

Sunday within the time slot between 7:00 and 23:30.

A leading company in the Vehicle Rental sector offers a vacancy to work as a Vehicle Rental Agent at Atocha Station.

What you'll do

Receive and assist national and international customers.
Manage reservations and prepare vehicle rental contracts.
Explain rental conditions and available services clearly.
Inform and advise on additional products and services according to the customer's needs.
Prepare invoices and manage payments via card or other authorized payment methods.
Perform the delivery and return of vehicles.
Check and record mileage, fuel level, and any visible damage to the vehicle.
Drive and move fleet vehicles within the parking lot, according to the operational needs of the office.
Follow the operating, commercial, and customer service procedures established by the company.
