Requirements

What we're looking for

  • High level of English (B2/C1) indispensable.
  • Lifeguard certification (Indispensable)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in environments related to wellness or tourism.
  • Good appearance, communication skills, and customer orientation.
  • High concern for excellence and details.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and closing times.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Temporary contract until September 30th with the possibility of extension.
  • Full working day with a distribution of 30 hours per week, organized in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday (6 working days with 2 days off).
  • Working hours within the spa's opening window, from 9:00 to 22:00.
  • Competitive salary of 10.80 gross euros per hour, with payments prorated.
  • Location: Metro Peñagrande, 28035

About the role:

We are looking for a Spa Host and Lifeguard to join the team in Madrid, in an environment that combines tradition, relaxation, and art. The selected individuals will play a fundamental role in ensuring that every customer enjoys an unforgettable experience. The work is carried out in person at the facilities located in the Metro Puerta del Hierro area, Madrid.

Main duties

What you'll do

  • Receive and welcome customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Explain how to navigate the facilities and respond to any inquiries.
  • Ensure the comfort and satisfaction of customers throughout their entire stay.
  • Supervise that the common areas of the spa are in perfect condition and ready for use.
  • Attend to any special needs customers may have, ensuring a personalized experience.
