Requirements
What we're looking for
🔹 Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Degree) in Aesthetics and Beauty.
🔹 Chiropractor level 1/2.
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or similar.
🔹 Experience in body and facial treatments, oriental therapies, and customer service.
🔹 Professional level English (other languages will be valued).
🔹 Proficiency in Office; experience with Spalopia, Prestige, and Factorial is valued.

What you'll do
🔹 Perform assigned treatments and services with professionalism, autonomy, and excellence.
🔹 Accompany the client throughout their entire experience, guaranteeing personalized service.
🔹 Manage requests and adapt alternatives according to availability.
🔹 Advise and recommend treatments, boosting sales.
🔹 Actively participate in commercial actions to drive Spa results.
🔹 Resolve incidents with speed and empathy, informing the Spa Manager when necessary.
🔹 Comply with the group's quality, image, and procedure standards.
🔹 Contribute to continuous improvement and the achievement of objectives.
