We are looking for a Commercial Agent and an Operations Agent for their office in Sa Pobla and Pollença, with the drive to contribute, grow, and be part of a project with a future.

What will you do?

· Personalized financial advisory (accounts, loans, insurance, investments...).

· Client acquisition and retention.

· Cashier operations and fund management.

· Portfolio management and follow-up.

· Commercial activity focused on realistic goals.

What are we looking for?

· Previous experience in banking, insurance, cashier operations, and/or funds is essential.

· MIFID II, LCCI, and Insurance certifications (flexibility if the candidate is willing to obtain them).

· Communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

· Initiative, motivation, and a strong focus on professional development.

· Proactive, dynamic, and energetic profile.

What do we offer?

· Permanent contract, with a 2-month trial period.

· Fixed salary: Competitive + Incentives

· Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

· Working hours: 37 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to 40 hours (if the candidate wishes to work Thursday afternoons).
