Digital Banking Sales Advisor

• Education: Vocational Training (FP) degree.
• Experience: minimum demonstrable experience of 1 year in similar positions within the banking or financial sector.
• Languages: fluent command of Catalan (essential to speak, read, write, and understand) and Spanish.
• Skills: excellent communication skills, good diction, capacity for argumentation, and a clear orientation toward sales and results.

• Stability: permanent contract directly with the client company.
• Work-life balance: 30-hour weekly schedule distributed from Monday to Friday (with the possibility of flexible schedule distribution to be negotiated and options for future expansion).

Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Advise and build loyalty: you will be the point of reference for clients (medical sector professionals), offering them excellent service through digital channels (telephone, email, and video call).
• Drive the business: you will market savings, investment, alternative investment, and credit products (mortgages and loans), with a clear orientation toward achieving objectives.
• Acquisition and prospecting: you will identify new business opportunities and will be responsible for growing and consolidating the client portfolio.
• Agile management: you will successfully manage the high volume of inquiries and requests, always guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction and impeccable follow-up of commercial actions.
