Educational Sales Advisor – Masters and Postgraduates

• Demonstrable experience of at least one year as a Sales Advisor selling high value-added services, preferably as an Educational Advisor, Admissions Consultant, or salesperson in the education sector (experience in business schools or universities is highly valued).
• Marked commercial profile with a strong orientation toward results.
• Excellent negotiation skills, empathy, and active listening to detect the student's training needs.
• Residency in Madrid/ Barcelona and availability to work in a 100% in-person modality.
• Accustomed to the use of digital tools and CRM management.

• Capacity for organization, proactivity, and autonomy.
• High verbal fluency and communication skills.
• Tolerance to frustration and dynamism

Are you passionate about the education sector and do you have a clearly commercial profile? At EAE BS Madrid, we are looking for Educational Sales Advisors to join our admissions team in person.

Your main objective will be academic advising and the recruitment of students previously interested in our higher education offering, guiding them in the choice of their ideal master's or postgraduate degree and ensuring their enrollment.

• Consultative selling and personalized advising to potential students interested in our training offer (qualified leads).
• Integral management of the admissions process: from the first contact to the sales closing and enrollment.
• Follow-up of applications and management of objections through calls, video interviews and/or in-person meetings.
• Registration and updating of all commercial activity in the CRM.
• Achievement of individual and group sales objectives set by the academic management.
