The role
At Adecco, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a multinational company that has its offices in the Alcobendas area
What you'll do
- Promotional collection process in the master food file to perform the upload into the system.
Tivoli: Food promotional upload. Performs the upload of the master file of all promotional impacts (fortnightly, monographs, HFS, deferred).
- Omnichannel promotional upload. We replicate in formats and send to online for the upload that proceeds and/or corresponds.
- Tallying and Offer Photo. We perform tallying of all the offer photos that have been uploaded.
- Review and overlaps. All safeguards are performed so that the upload is correctly loaded, solving possible overlaps between brochures and making possible corrections
- Correction of promotion and/or brochure incidents already underway, for all versions including the Canary Islands centers
Requirements
- Previous experience performing administrative tasks.
- Excel level
- Handling of computer tools
- Residing in the area is valued
