What you'll do

The main duties of the position include cleaning and maintaining the kitchen, the exhaust hood, utensils, and work areas; supporting the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking tasks; performing basic cutting and preparation of raw ingredients; ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards; properly maintaining the uniform provided by the company; and collaborating with the rest of the team to guarantee efficient, high-quality service.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with an interest in cooking and a willingness to learn, who enjoys working as part of a team and wants to grow within an established project.

- Previous experience in a kitchen will be valued, although it is not essential.

- Basic cooking knowledge, especially in the preparation and cutting of vegetables, meats, etc.

- Food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.

- Driving license B.

- Own vehicle essential.

- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.

- Proactive attitude, commitment, and a willingness to learn.

- Interest in continuous training and professional development.
