Your mission will be to provide warm, professional customer service, facilitating the direct sale of products and services in the store, with the aim of ensuring a satisfying shopping experience and helping to meet the company's commercial goals.

The duties to be performed for the position are:

• Greeting customers at the store entrance and advising them on the products and services offered.
• Monitoring the store to prevent theft.
• Using the POS system, processing payments, and closing out the cash register.
• Checking for counterfeit bills and handling change.
• Receiving merchandise, verifying that orders are correct, stocking products on the sales floor, tagging and pricing items, and logging delivery notes into the computer system according to established procedures.
• Helping with inventory control: Checking stock levels, reporting any shortages or overages, and participating in restocking and labeling tasks.
• Managing email: Receiving documentation sent from Head Office and verifying data.
• Keeping the store clean and organized.
• Product organization.
• Using store equipment properly.

What do we need?

• Hold a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
• Ability to stand for the entire work shift.
• Ability to lift loads of 5-10 kg.
• Must have flexible availability (rotating morning and afternoon shifts, Monday to Sunday).
• Ability to work in a team.

Tu misión será brindar una atención cercana y profesional a los/las clientes/as, facilitando la venta directa de productos y servicios en tienda, con el objetivo de garantizar una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.

Las funciones a realizar para el puesto son:

• Atender la entrada de clientes a la tienda y asesorarles sobre los productos y servicios ofrecidos.
• Vigilar y prevenir posibles robos
• Uso de TPV, cobros, cierre de caja
• Comprobación de billetes falsos y devolución de cambio
• Recibir la mercancía, verificar que los pedidos sean correctos, colocar los productos en tienda, etiquetar y marcar precios, y registrar los albaranes en el sistema informático conforme a los procedimientos establecidos.
• Colaborar en el control de stock: Verificar niveles de inventario, informar sobre productos faltantes o sobrantes, y participar en tareas de reposición y etiquetado.
• Gestión del correo electrónico: recepción de documentación enviada por Central y comprobación de datos
• Mantener el orden y limpieza de la tienda.
• Organización de productos.
• Realizar un correcto uso de los equipos del establecimiento.

¿Qué necesitamos?

• Poseer certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
• Poder permanecer el tiempo de jornada laboral de pie.
• Poder soportar cargas de 5- 10 kg.
• Tener flexibilidad horaria (turnos rotativos de mañana y tarde de Lunes a Domingo)
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo.
