We are looking for a Production Line Supervisor in Molina de Aragón
If you have experience coordinating teams in industrial environments and would like to join a consolidated food company with more than 25 years of experience, this could be your opportunity.
- Very stable and consolidated company, with 25 years of experience.
- Position with real decision-making capacity and responsibility.
- It is not a monotonous job: it combines people management, production, quality, and process improvement.
- Direct contact with management and participation in the plant's results.
- Possibility to leave your mark and contribute visible improvements.
- Small and manageable team (8 people), which facilitates close leadership.
I believe the main attraction is not the size of the company, but rather that the candidate will have a very important role in the daily operation and will be able to see the impact of their work quickly. This usually fits very well with supervisors looking for something more than just "watching a line."
