Requirements

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in CNC machining and milling machine programming.
Advanced knowledge of 5-axis milling.
Ability to work autonomously in the selection of programs, tools, and machining processes.
Experience in the manufacture of single units or short series.
Knowledge of mechanics and blueprint reading.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in die making, molds, or precision machining.

The role

Do you have experience programming and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines autonomously? We are looking for a professional with solid knowledge in precision machining to join an industrial company specialized in the design and manufacture of technical molds. You will have a key role, contributing technical knowledge to the team and participating in unique projects where every part is different.

What you'll do

Program and set up CNC machining centers, mainly 5-axis milling machines.
Select tools, parameters, and machining strategies autonomously.
Manufacture machined parts intended for the construction of molds and dies.
Interpret technical drawings and collaborate with the technical department in the development of parts.
Participate in the assembly of sets and molds once the components have been manufactured.
Contribute technical knowledge to the team and act as a reference in 5-axis machining.
