Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of previous experience as a turner-miller.
Vocational Training in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar is highly valued.
Experience and knowledge in CNC and conventional machining and programming.
Good ability to interpret mechanical drawings.
Knowledge of cutting tools, tolerances, and metrology.
Autonomy in machine setup and part manufacturing.
A precise, resourceful, responsible person oriented towards quality.

What you'll get

Direct hiring with an indefinite contract at a company specialized in engineering and industrial machinery manufacturing.
Full-time; Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 07:00 to 14:00.
Salary of €30,000 to €35,000 gross per year, depending on experience and knowledge provided.

The role

From the IMAN Temporing Mataró delegation, we are selecting a CNC Turner - Miller to join the machining team. Based in Cardedeu, Barcelona.

We are looking for a profile with experience, autonomy, and precision, capable of working with lathes and milling machines, both CNC and conventional, participating in the manufacturing of parts for industrial machinery and custom projects.

What you'll do

Machining of parts using CNC and conventional lathes and milling machines.
Preparation, parameter adjustment, and setup of machines.
Programming, editing, and modification of CNC programs.
Dimensional control and verification of manufactured parts.
Manufacturing of single units, short series, and components for industrial machinery projects.
Detection and correction of deviations during the machining process.
Basic maintenance and proper use of machines, tools, and work equipment.
