- Resolution of technical issues that may arise during manufacturing or repair processes.

- Coordination of tasks in the production chain to ensure efficiency and compliance with established objectives.

- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, risk prevention, human resources, and delivery times established by the company.

- Support in resource planning and continuous improvement of production processes.

- Implementing performance evaluations for their team, following the parameters established by the organization.

- Supervision of areas under their responsibility, ensuring operations are carried out according to quality and productivity standards.

- Proposing improvements in production processes and contributing to resource optimization.

- Maintaining constant communication with other departments, such as technical office, logistics, and human resources, to ensure alignment of objectives.
