Team Leader - Food Industry

Do you have experience leading teams in production environments and are you passionate about coordinating people and achieving goals? This could be your opportunity!

From a major company in the food industry, we are looking to hire a Team Leader to ensure the smooth running of daily operations, leading the work team and acting as the direct point of contact with the client.

What you'll do

Management, coordination, and supervision of the work team.
Preparation and monitoring of staff schedules, rotas, and shifts.
Organization of daily activities to ensure production targets are met.
Direct liaison with the client, ensuring smooth communication and effective response to their needs.
Management, monitoring, and resolution of operational and personnel issues.
Supervision of compliance with established work procedures.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and quality standards.
Monitoring of service productivity and performance indicators.
Support and development of the team.
Ensuring proper performance of assigned duties and maintaining a good working environment.
