STEF, a specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is looking for a Team Leader for its Torrejón de Ardoz branch, on a permanent contract.
This is an operational management position in the logistics area, where you will manage a team of people with the goal of knowing, following, and communicating objectives, as well as identifying and developing the skills of collaborators.
What you'll do
- Plan, distribute, and follow up on the tasks of the team in charge, based on schedules and the needs of the moment.
- Carry out the maintenance of the organization, order, and cleanliness of the work area.
- Preparing shift schedules for subsequent validation by the supervisor.
- Ensuring proper integration (welcome, training, support) of new team members.
- Reporting all activity indicators and proposing areas for improvement.
