What we're looking for

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to meet established deadlines, and a strong commitment to customer service. This position requires the use of radio frequency scanners, the movement and placement of products in the facility, the preparation, packing, and shipping of orders, and the resolution of problems associated with these activities. Those who join are expected to comply with the established rules regarding Occupational Health and Safety, Product Quality, and Standardized Work Processes.

Essential Requirements

Legal age of majority.

Work and residence permit.

Able to read and understand instructions in Spanish.

Positive attitude toward work.

Willingness and ability to work shifts, and flexibility to work as needed.

Commitment to a culture of safety, quality, and work based on standardized processes.

Ability to learn and concentrate.

Ability to stand or walk for 8 hours.

Own vehicle is required.

Valid forklift license required.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week.

SHIFTS: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

SALARY: €12 gross per hour.

CONTRACT: 1-month contract with possibility of renewal.

The role

Leading multinational company in the logistics sector is seeking warehouse workers/forklift operators to join their team at their facility located in Xixona (Alicante).

What you'll do

Receiving merchandise: unloading products from trucks and registering them in the system.

Picking: collecting products from shelves following orders on the scanner.

Stowing: placing products in the correct warehouse locations.

Packing: packaging orders ensuring their protection and correct labeling.
