Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience in maritime departments, freight forwarders, shipping agents, shipping lines, or companies in the international logistics sector for at least 3 years.

Knowledge of maritime transport documentation and import/export operations.

Organizational capacity, customer orientation, and incident resolution.

Temporary contract with the possibility of joining the client company.

Are you passionate about international trade and maritime logistics?

We are looking to hire an International Trade administrative officer for our maritime department, specializing in the management of sea freight export and import operations.

Main functions; Administrative management of maritime export and import operations, processing and reviewing documentation linked to maritime transport (Bill of Lading and associated documentation), coordination with consignees, shipping lines, customs agents, and other logistics operators, vessel tracking and incident control during the transit of goods, management of inspections and port procedures, customer and supplier service and advisory, coordination and monitoring of logistics processes to ensure compliance with deadlines and procedures.

Availability: Monday to Friday from 08:30h to 14:00h and from 15:45h to 17:30h
