Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must have at least one year of experience in maritime traffic operations roles or similar positions in logistics or transport departments.

Mastery of Chinese is essential (both oral and written), with the ability to speak a second language, English and/or Spanish.

Higher education is ideal but not required.

Experience in logistics or transport within the renewable energy market is a plus.

Immediate start.

What you'll do

Reporting to the company's Operations Management and based at its headquarters in Madrid, the selected candidate will be responsible for;

Coordinating assigned operations and traffic by sea, both import and export.

Maintaining fluid communication with the company's clients located in the Chinese market.

Monitoring routes and resolving any possible incidents arising from the service.

Interacting with shipping lines to negotiate rates / prices.

Meeting the quality and service KPIs agreed with clients.

Managing documentation for shipments to ensure correct delivery of goods at their destination.
