Functions:
- Perform necessary mechanical adjustments on the assembly lines, such as format changes, camera configurations, and in-line checks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults quickly and efficiently to minimize downtime and meet production planning.
- Guarantee the preventive and corrective maintenance of the assembly lines.
- Assist in training line supervisors in basic adjustments and autonomous maintenance tasks.
- Support production by feeding machines and verifying product quality during the manufacturing process.
- Identify, propose, and implement measures to eliminate workplace safety risks.
- Actively participate in risk detection and the implementation of safety measures according to company regulations.
- Keep the workplace clean and organized, complying with 5S standards.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of assembly processes, contributing ideas and solutions to optimize production.
- Respect and promote compliance with the quality, safety, and environmental standards defined by the company.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitter on assembly lines.
Solid knowledge of mechanics and welding.
