• Movement, placement, and transfer of fresh fish boxes to the processing rooms.
• Manual and electric knife removal of bones and excess parts from the fish.
• Placement of fillets in trays and organization of these in trolleys.
• Organization and storage of products in the corresponding locations.
• Order preparation and performing inventories to ensure product control.
• Compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
