About the role

Are you passionate about technology, sustainability and energy efficiency?

We are looking to bring on an Energy Efficiency Operator for our Control Centre, where you will take part in the remote monitoring and optimisation of HVAC, lighting and automation installations, helping to reduce our clients' energy consumption and carbon footprint.

What will your mission be?

You will be part of a team specialised in supervising energy installations, analysing incidents, consumption patterns and opportunities for improvement to ensure systems run correctly and maximise their efficiency.

What you'll do

Main duties

  • Study and analyse the alarms received to identify the source of possible incidents or deviations.
  • Analyse operating patterns of HVAC and lighting systems to detect anomalous or inefficient behaviour.
  • Execute action plans to correct recurring incidents.
  • Identify, document and report anomalies, proposing possible solutions.
  • Manage incidents through the ticketing platform and follow up on their resolution.
  • Configure and integrate new installations into the energy management platform.
  • Programme alerts for early detection of communication failures, consumption deviations or anomalous operation.
  • Analyse consumption patterns and trends to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency.
  • Prepare periodic monitoring and control reports.

Location: Control Centre

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Rotating shifts:

  • 07:00 to 15:00
  • 15:00 to 23:00

Work from Monday to Sunday according to rota
