Order Technician - Energy Company

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Vocational Training (FP de Grado Superior) in Electricity and Electronics, Renewable Energies, Maintenance, Logistics, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience: Between 2 and 4 years of previous experience in order management, procurement, logistics, or operational purchasing within the electrical, energy, or industrial sector.
• Technical product knowledge (Essential): Experience working with photovoltaic modules, inverters, batteries, electric vehicle charging points, capacitor banks, and lighting.
• Tools: Intermediate/advanced level in management via ERP and Excel.
• Competencies: Profile with attention to detail, high problem-solving capacity, agility to manage a high simultaneous volume of operations, and excellent communication skills.
• Availability: Immediate start.

Long-term stability: Initial temporary contract to cover an absence during the first year, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract at the end of said period.

We are looking for an Order Technician to join a prestigious energy company. Your main objective will be the operational management and monitoring of the order flow for electrical material and energy solutions, ensuring correct coordination between internal needs, suppliers, distributors, and delivery destinations, while maintaining strict technical control over products and references.

Main duties:

• Order Management: Reception, review, and processing of material requirements. Issuance, validation, and monitoring of orders to suppliers and distributors (references, models, quantities, prices, and deadlines).
• Technical Control: Verification and interpretation of technical data sheets to ensure the compatibility of the requested product and prevent reference errors.
• Incident Management: Active resolution of transport incidents, incomplete deliveries, damaged or incorrect material, stock shortages, and processing of returns/replacements.
• Coordination and Traceability: Continuous contact with manufacturers, suppliers, and distributors to guarantee delivery dates at the various destinations.
• Data Management and Reporting: Up-to-date maintenance of order and incident information in the ERP and preparation of periodic reports on compliance and pending orders.
