The role
Do you have experience in maintenance, masonry, or small repairs? Would you like to work in a stable environment, with a morning schedule, in a landmark institutional building in Madrid? This opportunity could be for you!
What will your mission be?
You will be part of the center's maintenance team, collaborating on conservation, repair, and conditioning work of the facilities to ensure their correct functioning.
What you'll do
Main duties
Painting work and maintenance touch-ups.
Placement of paintings, supports, and decorative elements.
Installation of rails and small fixing elements.
Basic repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Support in facility conservation tasks.
How you'll work
Location: central area, Barrio de Salamanca (Madrid).
Start date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00h
Salary: €20,687.46 gross annual according to the collective agreement
Requirements
- Previous experience in masonry, maintenance, or general services.
- Handling of manual tools and ability to perform small repairs.
