What you'll get

Very attractive salary: €2500 - €2700 NET per month, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts. 2 days morning, 2 days afternoon, 2 days night, followed by 4 days off.

Stable position: Company contract for 7 months + 1 year + permanent

At Adecco Selection, we are looking for several production operators or assistants for production and maintenance for an industrial maintenance company that works at the automated logistics plant of a multinational client in the textile sector, located in the Netherlands (Lelystad).

Functions:

- Ensure proper electromechanical functioning of the logistics infrastructure, analyzing and resolving issues that arise during the shift.

- Set up, operate, and supervise the production process on the machine line.

- Supply and checking of materials, products, and supplies for the machine.

- Detection of visible deviations in the production lines.

- Recording of activity data in the client's internal system in accordance with the regulations.

- Manual extraction of goods (for example, boxes or garment blocks) necessary for the production.

- Daily WOPA cleaning of both silos.

- For your peace of mind, the client has a contact person in the Netherlands who will advise you and answer any questions you may have to ensure a smooth landing in the country.

- Additionally, you will be working alongside other colleagues who have already embarked on this same international project, so you won't be alone!

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience

Intermediate English level B1+ or B2 (demonstrable ability to communicate) – Required

Work permit to work in the Netherlands (Required) – Must be a citizen of the European Union

Valuable: Vocational Training (FPI) or Intermediate Degree in machine tools, electricity, and electronics, or similar

Willingness to reside in the Netherlands
