Job description

Adecco is recruiting for IBP Grupo Consolis a Construction Worker to join a leading company in the manufacture of precast concrete solutions.

We are looking for people with experience in manual construction work, accustomed to handling tools and carrying out finishing and piece preparation tasks.

Duties

Preparation, application and spreading of fillers and mortars on different surfaces.

Smoothing, repairing and finishing concrete pieces.

Cutting and trimming materials using an angle grinder and other hand tools.

Cleaning and conditioning of molds, pieces and work areas.

Handling of construction materials and support in production processes.

Carrying out adjustment, finishing and completion work on precast pieces.

Visual inspection of finishes and correction of minor imperfections.

Compliance with quality, safety and occupational risk prevention procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience in construction, precast concrete or similar industrial environments.

Regular use of hand and power tools (angle grinder, trowel, spatula, among others).

Ability to carry out physical work and to work as part of a team.
