The role

Grupo CRIT is selecting Production Workers for an important company specializing in the manufacture of precast concrete elements.

If you have experience in industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments and are looking for a stable opportunity within a growing sector, we want to meet you!

What you'll do

Manufacture and production of precast concrete elements.
Preparation and assembly of molds.
Pouring, spreading, and finishing of concrete.
Demolding and conditioning of manufactured pieces.
Handling of manual tools and production machinery.
Visual quality control of parts.
Cleaning and basic maintenance of the workstation.
Compliance with safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
