About the role

What will your mission be?

You will be part of the production team on SMD lines, responsible for the preparation, operation, and control of automated machinery, ensuring the quality of the product and the continuity of the production process.

Main duties

- Preparation and startup of the production line

- Loading programs into pick & place equipment

- Preparation of feeders, materials, and tools

- Feeding components (reels, trays, sticks)

- Handling machinery: screen printer, SPI, pick & place, reflow, and AOI

- In-process quality control and visual inspection of boards (PCBs)

- Detection of defects and review of AOI results

- Resolution of basic line incidents (jams, pick-up errors, nozzles, etc.)
