We are looking for an administrative assistant for the Quality Department with a high level of English, who is committed and proactive to provide support to the quality department of a company dedicated to the production and packaging of cosmetic products located in Sabadell.
What you'll do
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Filing and management of documentation related to laboratories and external plants.
- Preparation and updating of internal specifications for product packaging.
- Maintenance and control of quality records.
- Management of material master data in coordination with other departments.
- Monitoring and processing of internal and external non-conformities.
- Drafting and review of internal work instructions and procedures.
- Support in audits and compliance with quality regulations.
