Event Assistant

Required profile:

- Agile, organized people with manual dexterity.

- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

- Full availability between October 19 and 25.

- Good attitude, commitment, and desire to collaborate in a dynamic environment.

* Availability during the week prior to the Half Marathon.

* Availability during the Half Marathon.

* Possibility of working both during the week and on weekends.

- Experience as a shelf stocker, packer, warehouse worker, or in events is valued.

* Previous experience in the preparation of similar events is valued.

Conditions:

- Temporary contract by days depending on availability.

- Salary: €9.50 gross/hour.

- Flexible shifts according to the needs of the event.

- Possibility of repeating in future sporting events.

What are we looking for?

We are selecting Logistics Assistants (Hands) to support the preparation and development of the event. If you have energy, a desire to work in a team, and you like the sporting atmosphere, this is your opportunity!

Main duties:

- Preparation of sports bags for runners (placing products, sealing, organizing by bib number).

- Opening packages and emptying boxes with promotional and sporting material.

- Assembly and disassembly of fences and structures in key areas of the event.

- Transfer and organization of materials in warehouses and logistics points.

- General support in assembly, tidying, and logistics tasks during the days before and after the race.
