About the position

Do you have experience as a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ADVISOR (M/F/X) or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Valencia

💡 What you will do on a daily basis:

✔️ Customer support: via telephone and email

✔️ Problem diagnosis: initial diagnosis of reported incidents to identify functional failures

✔️ Request management: keeping customers informed about the status of their requests

✔️ Coordination of technical visits

✔️ Improving customer satisfaction

What we offer

🎯 Contract: permanent at 30 hours per week

💰 Salary: €10.23 gross/h

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating (14:00 - 20:00h)

✔️ Soporte al cliente: a través de teléfono y correo

✔️ Diagnostico de problemas: diagnostico inicial de las incidencias reportadas para identificar averías funcionales

✔️ Gestión de solicitudes: mantener informados a los clientes sobre el estado de sus solicitudes

✔️ Coordinación de visitas técnicas

✔️ Mejora de la satisfacción del cliente

Lo que ofrecemos

🎯 Contrato: indefinido a 30 horas semanales

💰 Salario: 10,23€ b/h

📅 Horario: de L a V rotativo (14:00 - 20:00h)
