✔️ Customer support: via phone and email

✔️ Issue diagnosis: initial diagnosis of reported incidents to identify functional faults

✔️ Request management: keep customers informed about the status of their requests

✔️ Coordination of technical visits

✔️ Improving customer satisfaction

🎯 Contract: permanent, 30 hours per week

💰 Salary: €10.23 gross/hour

EUR 13,427 per year

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating (2:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

✔️ Diagnostico de problemas: diagnostico inicial de las incidencias reportadas para identificar averías funcionales

✔️ Gestión de solicitudes: mantener informados a los clientes sobre el estado de sus solicitudes

✔️ Coordinación de visitas técnicas

✔️ Mejora de la satisfacción del cliente

🎯 Contrato: indefinido a 30 horas semanales

💰 Salario: 10,23€ b/h

📅 Horario: de L a V rotativo (14:00 - 20:00h)
