The duties include

• Attend to customers at the cash register area, ensuring friendly and professional service.
• Manage payment transactions, returns, and product exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Provide information about promotions, discounts, and products available at the establishment.
• Perform end-of-day cash register closing and reconciliation.
• Resolve questions and concerns that may arise during the purchasing process.
• Support general sales area tasks, such as restocking products and maintaining order in the assigned space.
• Handle software and hardware systems related to cash registers and inventory management.
• Communicate in English when necessary to serve international customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and service quality standards.
