Process customer payments at designated points and handle merchandising and restocking on the sales floor, to ensure efficient checkout and product availability throughout all business hours.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the checkout station and the assigned floor area, to preserve the image of the space and the safety of the operation.
- Attend to customer inquiries at the checkout point and in the floor, and escalate those exceeding their scope, to resolve the issue in the shortest possible time.
- Process customer purchases on the terminal according to established procedures, to ensure the accuracy of the payment and the agility of the checkout line.
- Perform the cash count and the closing of their terminal according to the established protocol, communicating any discrepancies, to ensure the control of cash at the checkout point.
- Replenish and display merchandise on the sales floor according to defined criteria, to ensure the availability and correct presentation of the assortment.
-Check product prices and labeling on the floor and communicate discrepancies, to avoid payment issues and claims.
