The role

From Adecco Selección we are looking to bring on board a Financial Controller Manager - REMOTE, for a stable project with a strong technological component.

We are looking for a resourceful, organized person with the ability to learn quickly, accustomed to working with digital tools and focused on the continuous improvement of processes.

What you'll do

-Management and maintenance of the company's daily accounting (accounting entries, reconciliations, and monitoring of transactions).

-Control and supervision of collections, payments, and treasury.

-Preparation of financial reports and indicators for management.

-Monitoring and analysis of expenses, detecting possible deviations and opportunities for improvement.

-Coordination with external advisors on tax, labor, and accounting matters.

-Management and maintenance of administrative and financial documentation.

-Use and exploitation of ERP, CRM, and data analysis tools to optimize processes.

-Development of dashboards and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Application of Artificial Intelligence tools on a daily basis to automate tasks, improve processes, and increase efficiency.

Requirements

-Training related to Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar.

-Previous experience in accounting and financial control functions.

-Advanced level of Excel.

-Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.

-Experience working with an ERP or CRM.

-Regular use of Artificial Intelligence tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) applied to the professional environment.

-An autonomous, analytical, tech-savvy person with a results-oriented mindset.
