The role
We are looking for a Maintenance Manager with a strategic vision and solid operational capacity to lead the transformation of the department at our Parets del Vallès plant. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will take on the challenge of professionalizing the maintenance function, evolving the current model towards an advanced preventive and predictive maintenance strategy. - Manage and supervise the outsourced maintenance team (12 people) and the relationship with strategic technical service providers.
- Define and execute the transition strategy towards a data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance model.
- Manage the department's annual budget (€6M), optimizing expenditure and ensuring efficiency in service contracting.
- Supervise strict compliance with safety (SHE) standards and industrial regulations, especially within the framework of SEVESO III regulations.
- Plan and lead the execution of the plant's scheduled technical shutdowns (August, Easter, and Christmas).
