What will your responsibilities be?
Be the production reference for a large workforce of approximately 300 employees.
Accompany, train, and empower their team.
Be the leading figure, with a collaborative and close leadership style.
Ensure daily compliance with KPIs (cost, quality indicators...).
Drive a culture of structured analysis, data-driven decision-making, and operational discipline.
Guarantee safety, risk prevention, and HSE standards.
Compliance with regulations, certifications, and best practices.
Optimize human and material resources according to planning and production needs.
