A well-known insurance brokerage located in Taialà (Girona) is looking for a Commercial Administrator to strengthen their team. This is a stable position within an established office, offering a close-knit working environment focused on excellent customer service.

Job Mission

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting office organization and logistics, working closely with the administrative team and actively participating in claims management. They will also play a key role in advising and marketing insurance products.

Main duties

Organization and coordination of office administrative tasks.

Support in claims management and monitoring.

Customer service and advisory support.

Document management and administrative duties specific to the insurance sector.

Marketing of multi-risk and life insurance policies.

Identifying commercial opportunities and following up with clients.

Coordinating with different team members to ensure efficient, high-quality service.

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Fridays: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Weekends: off.

A highly organized, responsible, and proactive individual.

Ability to plan and prioritize tasks.

Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Working Conditions

7:30 AM to 2:30 PM.

Salary

Gross annual salary between €30,000 and €35,000, depending on experience and fit for the role.
