Requirements

What we're looking for

We are looking for people with leadership capacity, autonomy, and decision-making ability

*Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Agri-food Engineering, or similar. Alternatively, experience.

*Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Production Manager, Industrial Organization Manager, or Continuous Improvement Manager in industrial or agri-food companies.

*Driver's license and own vehicle

Nice to have

*Experience in fruit and vegetable companies or the agri-food sector will be valued. Knowledge of cultivation, handling, or production of mushrooms and champignons.
