The role

We are looking for professionals to join a challenging project in the Production area, where you will find a team made up of 9 factories in Spain, 1 in Brazil, and 12 workshops spread across the United States, always with cutting-edge industrial technology and more than 6,000 employees.

As manager of an Autonomous Production Unit, you will be the person in charge of planning, coordinating, and controlling the production process assigned to the unit itself, in order to guarantee compliance with established production volumes under the criteria of quality, productivity, and continuous improvement, proposing technical improvements.

What you'll do

Ensure operations according to the objectives within their cell (OEE, budget, safety, quality, etc.), analyzing trends, data quality, and performance
Leverage technical knowledge, methods, and management to achieve the objectives within their cell
Manage teams (production, maintenance, quality), being responsible for the KPIs within the AU perimeter, and ensuring the positive evolution of the unit's KAIs
Direct the "road map" for the AU, including production, projects, and maintenance
Be responsible for adherence to the schedule
Be responsible for problem management (quality or safety), including investigation and safety compliance for their perimeter
Be the point of contact for innovation projects and the coordination of tests and trials
Be responsible for the legal compliance of their AU, given specific KPIs
Ensure the implementation of the safety model, the Cosentino maintenance excellence model, and the Cosentino zero-loss waste reduction model
Prioritize failure modes together with the AU and the COEs
