Itinerant Station Support

At Adecco, we are looking to hire 2 people who enjoy dynamic work, with movement and constant contact with people.

A different jobYou won't be at the same station every day. The position is itinerant, and you will have the opportunity to travel weekly to different cities in Spain, getting to know different teams and work environments.

Your main duties will be:

- Providing on-site support to ticket office teams at the different stations.

- Helping them with the use and operation of the new sales system.

- Resolving any questions or issues that may arise during testing and implementation.

- Providing training and support to the teams.

- Coordinating with the NSV Center Team.

- Monitoring and reporting on the activity.

- Ease in dealing with different types of people.

- Ability to train and instruct other users.

- Problem-solving orientation.

- Availability for weekly travel throughout Spain. (Travel expenses covered by Adecco).

-Immediate start.

You will need to have:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and collaboration tools.

- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and office software.

- A dynamic, itinerant position across different cities in Spain.

- Hybrid work model.

-Full-time.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

- Annual salary of €25,000 gross.

- Immediate incorporation.

- Initial contract until 30/10/2026, with the possibility of extension.

Un trabajo diferenteNo estarás todos los días en la misma estación. La posición es itinerante y tendrás la oportunidad de desplazarte semanalmente a diferentes ciudades de España, conociendo distintos equipos y entornos de trabajo.

Tus principales funciones serán:

- Dar soporte presencial a los equipos de taquilleros/as en las diferentes estaciones.

- Ayudarles en el uso y funcionamiento del nuevo sistema de venta.

- Resolver dudas e incidencias que puedan surgir durante las pruebas e implantación.

- Realizar formaciones y acompañamiento a los equipos.

- Coordinarte con el Equipo de Centro NSV.

- Realizar seguimiento y reporting de la actividad.

-Facilidad para tratar con diferentes tipos de personas.

-Capacidad para explicar y formar a otros usuarios.

-Orientación a la resolución de problemas.

-Disponibilidad para desplazamientos semanales por España. (Corre a cuenta de Adecco).

-Incorporación inmediata.

Será necesario que tengas:

-Manejo de Microsoft Teams y herramientas de colaboración.

-Manejo de Word, Excel y herramientas ofimáticas.

-Posición dinámica e itinerante por diferentes ciudades de España.

-Modalidad de trabajo mixta.

-Jornada completa.

-Horario de lunes a viernes, de 13:00 a 21:00 h.

-Salario de 25.000 € brutos anuales

- Incorporación inmediata.

-Contrato inicialmente hasta el 30/10/2026, con posibilidad de extensión.
