Job Mission

What you'll do

Ensure the correct operation, maintenance, and setup of stamping dies, guaranteeing the quality of manufactured parts, equipment availability, and production continuity.

Main duties

  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on stamping dies.
  • Disassemble, repair, adjust, and assemble progressive dies.
  • Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions to reduce incidents and downtime.
  • Participate in the setup and validation of dies after repairs are carried out.
  • Monitor the condition of die components and manage spare parts requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Engineering departments on continuous process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industrial housekeeping standards (5S).
  • Interpret technical drawings for the correct manufacture and adjustment of parts.
  • Perform machining and fitting work using a conventional lathe and other workshop machines.

Experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Die Cutter, Tool and Die Maker, or Die Setter.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the automotive sector, metal stamping, or auxiliary industry is valued.

Education & certifications

Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Mechanical Manufacturing, Machining, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.

Specific training in tool and die making, die engineering, or metal stamping will be valued.
