The role

Do you have experience in customer service? Do you have experience in the sales sector? From Grupo Adecco, we are looking for a salesperson/attendant for the Estepona area. The service station is in the Estepona area; they would confirm the exact address directly in the interview. The start would be immediate if you are the selected candidate. It is a contract directly with Repsol, to cover a leave of absence. The working hours would be Monday to Sunday, 40 hours, on rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, so full availability is required. All schedules would be indicated to you directly in the in-person interview. A vehicle is needed to reach the station.

What you'll do

The duties are as follows:* Customer service and advice.

* Cash handling, balancing, and closing.

* Cross-selling of products offered at the counter.

* Tasks related to the shop or bakery, if any.

* Cleaning and organization of the premises and the area related to the station.

* Control of the safety and hygiene regulations of the service station.

* Sale of gasoline, among others. The salary is according to the collective agreement + incentives based on: sales, holidays (if applicable) and night shifts (if applicable). This salary is indicative; the station will indicate to you what the correct one is.
