To inspire and accompany the consumer in their shopping experience, driving sales and representing the brand values in every interaction.

· Offer exceptional customer service, understanding their needs and applying the adidas service model.

· Contribute to meeting and exceeding store KPIs through effective sales techniques.

· Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant advice.

· Ensure product availability through replenishment and support in Visual Merchandising implementations.

· Execute transactions quickly, accurately, and in accordance with Profit Protection procedures.

· Comply with Health & Safety protocols and contribute to a safe environment for consumers and the team.

· Actively collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a positive working environment.

· Complete mandatory training and apply learning in day-to-day operations.

· Support stockroom tasks and occasionally participate in special activities such as layout changes or inventories.

· Strong communication skills and customer orientation.

· Ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.

· Interest in sport, fashion, and adidas culture.

· High level of English, both spoken and written.

· Proactive, flexible attitude oriented towards continuous learning.

· Previous experience in Retail, preferably in customer-oriented fashion or sport.

· Desirable basic knowledge of sports products and industry trends.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
