BMS Site Manager

We are looking for a telecommunications company in Madrid with over 30 years of history to fill the BMS Site Manager position.

This involves a data center (CPD) construction project in Alcalá de Henares.

Previous experience working in installation companies managing subcontractors, knowledge of materials, preparation of technical datasheets, installation and maintenance manuals, and knowledge of legalization processes is required.

• Technical or Higher Engineering degree in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or similar.

• Previous experience in site management related to BMS systems, building automation, or control. Experience in data centers (CPDs) is highly valued.

• Extensive knowledge of BMS, network electronics, protocols and gateways, cabling, cabling certifications, etc.

• Permanent contract directly with the client

• Salary plus variable bonus plus fuel allowance (NO COMPANY CAR)

Buscamos para empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Madrid con más de 30 años de creación, cubrir la vacante de Jefe de obra BMS

Se trata de un proyecto de construcción de un CPD en Alcalá de Henares.

Se requiere experiencia previa trabajando en empresas instaladoras realizando gestión de subcontratas, conocimiento de materiales, elaboración de fichas técnicas, manuales de montaje y mantenimiento, y conocimientos de procesos de legalización.

• Ingeniería Técnica o Superior en Electricidad, Electrónica, Automática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.

• Experiencia previa en gestión de obra relacionada con sistemas BMS, automatización o control de edificios. Muy valorable experiencia en CPDs

• Conocimientos amplios de BMS, electrónica de red, protocolos y pasarelas de comunicación, cableados, certificaciones de cableado, etc.

• Contratación indefinida directamente con el cliente

• Salario más variable más ayuda gasolina (NO COCHE)
